Jesse Daley and I believe, her younger sister were involved in a head on collision this morning on the AA Highway in Alexandria. Jesse was airlifted to UC and her sister was transported to Children's Hospital.

Please take a moment to say a prayer for the Daley family.

Thanks for posting. Heard about this at lunch time and am still shocked. Prayers to Jesse, her sister and the entire Daley family.

From what I've heard, Jesse has no brain damage, but has broken and fractured bones. Our prayers are with her, her sister and family.

Both arms are broken, both legs are broken and a fractured hip from what I'm hearing. Poor Jesse!

Last info I had is that Jesse's injuries required immediate surgery. As described to me, her injuries are in no way life threatening at this point. Athletically she will face a very long uphill road. Her sister suffered less serious injury, but again athletically will have a big uphill climb.

Most importantly both will be OK. God be with them as they recover.

I talked to her mom this morning after hearing about the accident and she indicated that both girls are stable and doing fine under some great teams of Doctors.

 

Yes as indicated this will be a long haul to recovery for the girls and family. Very strong family with tremendous community support system in place which will help all affected by this setback. :thumb:
