I'm glad D12 won't be coming back. He could be as talented as he wants to be but he's an unlike able baby and won't ever be a winner because no situation will ever be good enough for him.

So basically he's going to end up in another Orlando situation when he first said he wanted to go to a team where he could win. Guy doesn't care about winning, just wants to be the face of whatever organization he is a part of.

Unless something has changed he'll meet with the Lakers last out of all the teams he'll visit. The Lakers can pay him 30,000,000 more than anyone else. Until he says he isn't meeting with the Lakers everything is going as expected. He told Kobe and the Lakers he'd let them have the last word. Meanwhile, they have to at least act like they want him back.

According to Chris Broussard, Howard has told the Lakers he will not re-sign with them.

If he does then he'll be digging his hole even deeper. They run the same kind of system as D'antoni. If he goes to Houston then Mike D'antoni's system had nothing to do with him leaving.

But Houston has the young horses to actually play the system. I think Houston is best fit . If I were a player I'd probably want to play for a team owned by Cuban though.

But in Cuban you have an owner who you know loves to win and knows how to get players to come to Dallas. Orlando can't say the same thing. I'm no Howard fan but Dallas and Houston are much better fits than an old LA team who with Howard will have 10's of millions in Luxury tax to pay.
