Is Cozart showing improvement month-by-month? Hamilton isnt a very good SS. Should have never gotten rid of Didi, but we wouldn't of had Choo. Cozart is top 10 in the league defensively. That is a great attribute to have and you can hide him in the 7th/8th spot. The Reds just need to find a 2 hitter that plays left. Or just wait for Ludwick to comeback

I'm not blaming the loss on Dusty. Not getting bunts down, not (with the exception of Bruce) getting hits with RISP, and another terrible night from the pen cost the game. Knowing what he had left in the pen after Chapman though would make me think he would want to get 2 out of Chapman if at all possible.
June 10, 201313 yr The reason besides Dusty is an idiot is that he only lets him pitch 1 inning. Chapman was a starter for 7 years before coming to the Reds, he can pitch more than 1 inning. This is a game against the 1st place team and you need the win, Dusty is a moron. You don't throw your whole season into one game in June with 100 to go...

June 10, 201313 yr The pen is an absolute disaster right now... Really makes you what Jose Arredondo did to not even be a thought anymore in managements mind. He was way better than some of the guys they've been running out there.
