Could be wrong, maybe he's just lazy or dumb but I have a much easier time believing that he just got caught cheating.

If indeed he was cheating, kudos to ND for cutting him loose, especially in view of the damage to the football team.

Well the cheating must have been proven, not just a girl's word that a player felt her up. Now if a player did assault that girl he should've been kicked off but there was no proof.
