Your post suggests law enforcement isn't trying hard enough to find the responsible party/parties.

Doug was humble but told me that running that ad was something they felt compelled to do at their own expense. I thought that was incredibly cool that they would do that. I am now a big fan of Kentucky Outdoors Magazine and I will promote their magazine and website any time I have a chance.
