I think the couple, few or several posters you are referring to are just choosing not to believe you guys. That would make none of us the problem and it also makes none of us part of the solution. Same old song and dance. Same old dog and pony show. Same old exercise in futility.

Everyone has their own version of 'facts'. Everyone always will. Regardless of the administration. 'Facts' will always be subjective. It's not about following the lead of the current administration. They messed up Benghazi badly but IMO it is more about their ineptness and learning from their mistakes. As I stated earlier, they spend all of this time and money trying to figure out who lied about what when they should be spending money on corrective action and ensuring the safety of ambassadors and American citizens abroad. I don't care who is caught lying. How we make sure this need happens again is my concern. I also don't believe that we'll ever truly know exactly what happened and how it went down.

Even the folks at MSNBC have finally been shamed into admitting that the administration lied to them. It is getting really difficult for people on the left to find a news source willing to give Obama and Clinton a pass on the coverup that followed the Benghazi murders.

A witness that was in country and saying it was a terrorist attack is a fact. It is a fact that someone in the White House ordered the talking points to be changed. Those aren't "versions" of facts, they are indeed facts.

U.S. soldiers are still in harm's way in Iraq, and we continue to spend obscene amounts of money on our "mission of liberty" there. So As long as Iraq is relevant, I say we subpoena Bush 43, Cheney and Powell and find out who knew what when regarding the phony WMDs and the neocons' obsession with upsetting the balance of power in the Mideast. As you say, it's important to know who lied. Iraq seems more important than an attack on a diplomatic office.

Inhofe and Huckabee think the answer to your question is to impeach the president. And now I read today that the GOP intends to keep this topic front and center before the American people well into 2014. Could be a big mistake to do so. We'll see.
