FedEx or UPS?

He always wants something. He comes by my crib demanding t-shirts, hoods, facetime, favors for outlaw NCC peeps, etc. It is always something...

Last time I did that I got the stinky eye from L13 like I did from those Gray Middle School Parents. No thanks!

To answer the question, FedEx.

I have had good experiences with both companies but in my opinion there is an arrogance with UPS I never feel with FedEx. Plus, I really like Castaway and it was on last night.

Wilson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had the problems with UPS that other seem to have had here. Always ship with them if possible.

Plus... Louisville WorldPort. Need all those jobs and all those flights to keep growing and growing here in Louisville.

L13 is my favorite FedEx driver!

Then again, L13 is the only FedEx driver I know...

My guy Dean always delivers to my 'hood for Fedex. Good dude. Of cours, my guy Kerry always delivers for UPS as well.

In other words, I'm good either way.

I ordered pink helmets especially for a tournament we're having this Saturday in late February. They were to be shipped in 2 boxes. To this date, UPS only knows the location of the one I have in my possession. I've never had a single problem with FedEx.

My company ships with UPS. I am partial to UPS for that reason. Not to mention, any time I've ever had something shipped via FedEx, it would go DAYS without any update, and had to basically do a DNA test for them to give me one of my packages that they left at a random store, not by my order. I've never had a problem with UPS.

Working in shipping and distributing, I will say that the actual shipper has as much to do with any errors as the shipping company might.

UPS for me though I haven't really had any terrible experiences with FedEx either. I just use UPS a lot more.

To be honest both are pretty good as long as you don't have any issues which demands you deal with their customer service. That is to say that you could actually get a live body on the phone. UPS's phones system is as frustrating as any that exists. I give UPS a hard time in these threads but all in all they do a really good job. We ship thousands of packages a year with UPS and really don't have that many issues. The only time we use FedEx is if our customer requests us to.

I will add this since both companies are now in the LTL carrier business. UPS should have stuck to the parcel business. UPS Freight has to be one of the worst LTL carriers in the country. We have yet to use them where our freight didn't show up damaged. Short haul, long haul, doesn't matter.

Definitely agree with this about UPS. We quit using UPS Freight for this exact reason.

I usually ship with Conway, they are pretty good most of the time.

Roughly a year ago, I have to say, FedEx had a delivery chick here in Huntington who was hot as a biscuit. One of the most attractive women I've ever seen, and she was a delivery chick. Smmmmmokin'.
