April 30, 201313 yr Brownbloods or the folks who brought you castaway? I'm partial to UPS. Not an easy place to work, but they do run the tightest ship in the shipping business. Fedex does have lawnboy and rooster, but it's not enough to surpass my brown brethren from days gone by.
April 30, 201313 yr I'd rather ship by carrier pigeon than UPS. I don't know how many times I've had to trek down to the UPS shipping center to get a package because their drivers left one of those God-forsaken "infonotices" instead. It's an issue I've never had with the PO or FedEx.

April 30, 201313 yr I shipped several years consecutively with a lab I use daily. FedEx screwed up something weekly. The lab switched to UPS, never had another problem. I think it depends on your hub, and your drivers. We now have a new FedEx driver on this route, he seems to be much better than the old one. Still, it's brown for me.
