Kentucky Recruiting 2015

I've been watching Bragg since he was a freshman. Not close to a finished product yet' date=' but his upside is tremendous...[/quote']

Totally agree, I think Cal agrees also and wants to invest into that.

Bragg would be a good fit for that class if they can also lock up Newman, Kennard, and Skal. That's a very well rounded class and could be one if Cal's best. You may also end up with Dakari, Lee, Towns, Lyles, Booker, and Ulis on that team. Not to mention Hawkins and Willis and then the possibility of Charles Matthews. That would be a stacked team, Towns and Lyles may go 1&D but it wouldnt surprise me to see at least two years from them. Both have a ways to go physically and athletically before they're ready for the league.

Bragg is rated the No. 9 junior nationally by Scout.com.

UK has also made Class of 2015 offers to the players Scout.com ranks No. 1 (Malik Newman), 3 (Stephen Zimmerman), 4 (Ivan Rabb), 5 (Skal Labissiere), 12 (Derrick Jones), 14 (Charles Matthews) and 15 (Luke Kennard).

Those of you that would like to see Luke Kennard play here is your chance on Feb.1st at 6:00 in the KoB Showcase at Fairdale High School in Louisville.

[h=1]Kennard vs. Goodin will be part of KoB Showcase[/h]The schedule for the two-day King of the Bluegrass Showcase has been finalized, and the event will feature a matchup of two underclassmen on UK’s recruiting radar.

Luke Kennard and Quentin Goodin are set to face off Feb. 1 at Fairdale High School in Louisville. Kennard, who plays for Franklin (Ohio), is a five-star shooting guard in the Class of 2015 and already has a scholarship offer from UK. Goodin — a sophomore guard at Taylor County — is a highly touted prospect in the Class of 2016. John Calipari, John Robic and Orlando Antigua watched one of his games earlier this month.

The event will also feature Louisville signee Quentin Snider and Butler signee Kelan Martin (both of Ballard), as well as Tennessee commitment Camron Justice (Knott Central). Class of 2016 prospect Braxton Blackwell (Christ Presbyterian) is also a possible UK recruit.

^ If you wanna see what we dreamed of Kyle Wiltjer to be, but 4 inches shorter, go watch Luke Kennard.

How athletic is Kennard? I've only seen a couple of highlight tapes and it is tough to tell from something like that.

Extremely athletic, I'll try to upload a clip of him I captured showing how athletic he is. He's in great shape, no body fat but will need some more muscle, he slashes right to the hoop half of the time for a dunk or acrobatic layup.

That's what I have heard, figured I'd ask you all since some of you guys have seen him play multiple times. If you had your guess on what college he will go to what would it be?

Don't know where he will end up but the kids got some bionic strong Kentucky ties. I guess you could say I would be shocked if he didn't end up at UK, but who knows? He has visited a half a dozen or more times this season already so that's a good sign.

I believe UK is the leader but haven't been told that from his family that I work with. I have heard his concerns with UK, but think he's good enough to get around them.

He was at Ohio State last weekend and they laid an egg.

John Anthony and Dolamite let's hope UK is the pick thing. I've read a lot about him and heard he was a special player, just haven't got to see him in person so I can only go on the information I've read/heard.

As far as his concerns with UK, is it being recruited over or something else?

He sat right behind the bench at the OSU game. He has visited them many times, just like UK. He had on a red shirt, but his school colors are red. This morning I saw a picture of him on FB with a UK hat on. He also still has interest in Duke. He will be narrowing his list, may be after this season ends. Then will take official visits.

He is not being recruited over, high on UK list.

Oh okay, I wasn't sure because John Anthony said he had concerns with UK, so wasn't sure what that really could be.
