For some reason I'm not that surprised that Cooper won by 10+.

 

Cooper plays very good defene and if you looked at the match ups pre game, Ruthsatz is the only one you look at and think that he'd get the nod.

 

Jags are getting hot at the right time. AJ Collins is a winner...plain and simple.

It was in fact, a very nice honor that I appreciated very much from the CovCath students tonight, that was in allowing me a try at the half court shot as a CovCath Alum! Thanks gentlemen, it was fun and I had the distance but was just a little wide right!

I didn't mean it as a shot at Covcath. It was more a compliment to how well Cooper is playing right now.

Well idk if the a jags can make it out of the region but they are playing very very well right now and will be a tough out and a team that will have something to say about who goes to Rupp.

Surprised by the margin of victory on the road, but Cooper, having seen them four times now, is a contender for the regional title.

Nice win on the road for Cooper. That's a spanking.

That's different leading the team in scoring. Everyone knows their roles on this team.

 

any of those players can lead the team in scoring and most of them have already this season at one time or another.

Great effort by the Jag's. AJ has been hot lately and the kid is just a fierce competitor in every sport. Big Lou is slowly getting healthy. Shelton played a very good game as well. Cov Cath moves the ball well on offense and it took a quarter for Cooper to figure out their defensive plan and made it really difficult for Cov Cath to score afterwards.

 

Ruthsatz was very frustrated and had to shoot a low percentage. He has a nice handle and loves to back tip on defense. Cooper is deep and they all play their roles well.

 

A good turnout for Cooper. I'm glad their "mommies" let them travel to Covington.

 

Why did the students go to Covington? The game was in Park Hills!!!:idunno:

Shoot 35% you are not going to win many games, but against a good team not at all.

CovCath shots where short all night.

And not having Nick F. for 3 qrts did not help.

Collins #31 had a great night, it seemed that if he got it to the rim, it went in.
