You are misconstruing in something that is cool and something that is a big waste of money. I have been watching off and on all day as well because I think it is neat and fun to watch, but I have a hard time thinking this is worth the money to put on such an extravaganza when at this time we are all being asked to pay more.

Well to start, I said build unity and enthusiasm. I'll stand by that. Second, I think we are victims of our own success. We want what we want and we want it now. Anything less is the end of western civilization. In reality, we agree on far more than what separates us. I think that most Americans share hopes, dreams and values. We have strong differences over how to get there, but we all want to continue the journey toward a more perfect union. You can laugh, but I prefer to smile. There is no where I'd rather be. Life is good. We have problems, but we will fix them. It may take a while. We may not fix them until we are given no other choice, but we will fix them.

There is no greater testament to the principles of the freedoms we enjoy, than the vision of the swearing in of a leader chosen by the people of our country through a free election.
