Bobby Petrino to Western Kentucky

To a certain extent, yes absolutely.

I'd agree, I was just making sure you were going to stick to that as well.

If that's all you all (MustangCatFAN and JVDFC) have, then some sort of point has been proven.

It's kind of cute how you all have each others back and what not.

Any of you ever been to a rap concert? I have, once. Terrible mistake. Anyway, one guy does the rapping, then there are a couple other of his cronies out on stage, repeating the chorus or things like, "Yeah", "What"....one liner type things. That's kind of what you all have going on. Cute. Really is.

Seriously, what the hell are you talking about?

I don't think hiring Petrino was a good idea. Chaos has followed him everywhere. You think he's the second coming of Christ. Cool.

The one thing that I do suspect that Petrino turned a blind eye toward was marijuana use, as long as they never failed a test, had a run-in with the law or had it impact their performance. Your mileage may vary on how great a crime you consider that.

You know exactly what I'm talking about.

Not really. I just try to look at things objectively. In particular, I choose not to just focus on the negatives (theres a line obviously) of someone.

I look at it about like under age drinking. If you are dumb enough to do it, you better be smart enough not to get caught.

It's a law. You break it, prepare for the consequences. However, at the same time, a couple more pain pills than what's been prescribed will in fact kill you. I was around a couple pot heads in my college years (I actually never, nor have ever have touched the stuff), but I know for a fact that no amount of that stuff will kill you. They were proof of that.

I have three separate business associates from Arkansas. They are alum and donors to Arkansas. They say the true story is there never was a motorcycle wreck. (Did any one ever notice how the girl was unhurt?) The story is she was dating one of Petrino's assistants and he found out about there relationship and found them on there ride. He confronted them and caused all the damage to Petrino's face. That is the kind of scum bag now coaching at Western.

And Petrino is the only coach to ever have an affair.......come on man.

According to a buddy, she was engaged to the strength and conditioning coach. He believes they're still engaged but moved to another state.

And Petrino is the only coach to ever have an affair.......come on man.

That's not what he got fired for...:ohbrother:

That's what I had heard as well.

Assitant coaches, wives, girlfriends, Motorcycle ride, Italian Restaurant, .... sorry guys, I can't let this just go. :D

Come on man ! Really...the affair is the least of it. Would you like to work under someone like that? Much less send your kid there.

The post I replied too had nothing to do with how he got fired.

I work under people like that all day long, as long as they do their job, who cares what they do outside of it. Some of the best coaches in sports have had issues in their personal lives, so what.

If my boss was screwing my fiance, don't think I would work for him after I whipped his butt. That's just me. Got to stand for something.
