I wasn't going to go, was going to go to PRP-Eastern. But wife went shopping and came home late.

 

No way I would have made it to Dixie Hwy. But it was the best thing that could have happened.

 

Was a great high school football game. Coach McKee great job, milked every second he could off the clock. Used a lot of time on every play and controlled the pace.

 

Scott County DB #1?? had a great game

 

And of course Trinity not the same without Quick and Dawkins, who was in the bathroom most of the first half and third quarter.

 

My pick of Trinity vs. PRP comes true. Should be a good game. Word at the game was Quick will play next week???

Had it not been for four turn overs, we might not even be considering them the best team in 4A.

 

I love that Bowling Green is being dismissed again this year as well.

I respect Highlands as much as anyone BUT they had their chance.

Point 1. His team ran roughshod over almost everyone they played. If it was his team winning all the time I bet he would have a whole lot less concern for the overall health of football in Kentucky. Right now in 6A if not for Trinity and X his team would have won multiple titles I wager.

 

Point 2. In at least 3 other classifications we have teams in the championship games next week that have a chance to extend championship streaks, one of them being Highlands going after their 4th or 5th straight title I believe. In McKee, Coach's world is the health of KY football only adversely affected in 6A when the same team wins all the time?

Quick plays offense so he had nothing to with the birds not being able to score points,that was Trinity's Defense. you also forgot the Birds not only couldn't stop Quick they also couldn't stop Dawkins

Trinity folks need to settle down....they are not what they were. I dont care who they lose they should not have a goose egg on the board with 7 minutes to go to a team Highlands hung 60 on period!....I am not saying Highlands would be them at all but that is not the same team and its not just because Quick is out.

That is a good point after all even though we demolished them in a scrimmage and they managed to lose to an Elder team we beat rather handily they are clearly still the better team when both are at 100%.
