I would be more than pleased with that hire, if he could recruit that well at WV I think he'd be able to do a pretty good job at UK. In fact Rich Rod is probably my favorite choice of every one mentioned thus far.

UK isn't going to get a lot of top talent from OH. They'll stay Big 10 or maybe UC.
