One of my keys to the game. This team is a lot like the 06 team. Gelling at the right time, dynamic RB, strong armed Sr QB who replaced an incredible star. The defense is coming together. After the SK game, I knew that this team definitely had the look of a state contender. Now they just need to stay consistent, bc they are right there with OC and Somerset.

He is a Smith playing at NewCath, all Breds fans know what his family did on the Hill and will expect a lot from this young man. Yet another Smith on the way I believe he is only in 1st grade now .....Watching this Breds team and Hayes is the man. Plays so hard quietly putting up great #s. If he played at HHS Dale would be pushing him for Mr. Football.

Spoke with a NCC parent. He said they were missing several lineman for the first 5 games of the year so that might might explain why they had a slow start. I look for them to make it to Bowling Green.

Based on the turnaround, I don't think this is true for the Breds. If anyone beats them, I don't see anyone other than Somerset or Owensboro Catholic.
