August 1, 201214 yr I think I've already answered that. I support MOST of the beliefs. There is no church I know of that I would be 100% in agreement . I bet if people truly reflected they would find themselves in agreement with that. So perhaps the gay community should protest outside your home.

August 1, 201214 yr Hypocritical? Not really. If I could 100% specify where the Church sent my money they wouldn't get it for certain causes. However, in my desire to support those who are truly in need (ie the poor) I live with it. It would be selfish to do otherwise. I'm not selfish.

August 1, 201214 yr Perhaps we aren't understanding each other. I mentioned multiple ways in which the "sanctity of marriage" is violated - adultry, spousal or child abuse, etc. My question is whether Chick-Fil-A donates money to organizations whose purpose is to deal with those issues. If so, then I feel his points on marriage are valid. If he is only donating to anti-gay organizations, then I don't. He appears to donate to Christian organizations.
