UK Season Tickets WAY Down

Featured Replies

If UK's assistant coaches had better looking wives, attendance would increase because the Cats could recruit better players.

Works for Vandy.

When you finish last in pretty much every offensive category in the SEC Im sure its tough to sell tickets.

Can expect to sell tickets when your cheerleaders score more than the football team.

Maybe giving Drake a Music City Bowl ring would boost attendance again.

UK didn't help their self by waiting to the last minute to announce that fan day is this Saturday. I was hoping it would be next week.

First time I can remember not having season tickets in our family since 1980!!!! Hopefully UK starts getting the hint that the fans have higher expectations than lip service as far as support for football.

How long before UK starts tying basketball season tickets into football packages?

Will they make basketball season ticket holders start buying a football package, or a football season tickets to keep their basketball seats? I think, but could be wrong, UC did something similar when their basketball team was a big ticket and football team was struggling.

Not the best PR move in the world, but from a marketing standpoint it makes sense. In one sport, demand overwhelms supply. In the other sport supply overwhelms demand. Why not tie the two together?

What did they do for those who just wanted football tickets?

Honestly I wouldn't go to a UK football game if you paid me. Not shocked people aren't spending their money on a crappy product.

UK returned 2,000 tickets to UL for the game. Couldn't sell them.

$78 a piece according to KSR. Add in the fact that UK sucks and I'm not shocked at all.

I thought about getting season tickets a couple years ago but decided against it. It is always very easy to pickup a couple of tickets prior to the game the 3 or 4 times a year I decide to ride down and make a day of it with my son who attends UK.

Tickets are easy to come by in the tailgating area.

They say UK only offered the tickets to season ticket holders and returned all that was left. They didn't even offer them to the public.
