I've been out of school for 28 years now.

And, you have been out of THAT school for 28 years. It's your school, Mr. Passive Aggressive.

They were reported last season for Recruiting, an investigation followed where several people close to the program confirmed that recruiting was taking place. Nothing was done by the KHSAA. Each of the last three years, Fairview has received multiple transfers from Huntington High School, most of them were seniors and only played one year at Fairview.

So the KHSAA confirmed that Fairview was recruiting and chose not to enforce their rules? Sorry, I'm not buying it. So is the last three years the only time that Fairview has received transfers in football? Or is it just now becoming an issue because they have been beating up on your Rams?

I can confirm personally that I work in Huntington, WV. 2 seasons ago, I walked out to the waiting room of my office, a family that lives in the projects over the hill, just had walked up the hill for their appointments, each one decked in Fairview sweats. The son played at Fairview. WV medical card in tow.

^ Probably just a coincidence.

Or Ram bought the sweats for them.

I was always told that the toothbrush was invented in West Virginia. Otherwise it would have been called the teethbrush.

You could go to Fairview to confirm.

Does Fairview school district have open enrollment?

If Fairview school district accepts out of state students, which usually accompanies an out of district tuition, then the fact that the students live in WV and attend school in KY does not indicate any wrongdoing. Proof of recruiting would have to be present to make them inelligible.

If they transfer from WV to KY after participating in sports, however, they would have to sit out a year. I don't see how they could qualify for a waiver of that rule unless they had a bona fide move into the Fairview district.

Not true. Has to be a physical address.

Bingo. Eventually someone with a video camera will have the nerve to park outside the place and then outside the residence that was left behind and see that neither occurred .
As long as they continue to win, nothing will change.

Are kids going there because they win "regular" season games? They haven't WON a state championship or even been in the championship game.

Just heard that the two kids in question at Fairview have been cleared by the KHSAA and will begin practicing on Monday. I've also been told that a kid from Spring Valley has transferred in and he will take over at QB.
