When, and why did they change that? I'm going to tomorrow's game. :irked:

Developed a blister during a bullpen session. Dusty said he wouldn't be available tomorrow & that Homer would start in his place.

They said today he had a blister on one of his fingers.

Thanks. I'm confident in Homer, but felt really good about tomorrow's game with Cueto going.

Great start after the break. Hope they can get the sweep tomorrow.

Same here.

The ace talk came in when I asked why Lohse wasn't part of the original pitching rotation for the series. I asked isn't he the Cardinals ace, and CP41 stated with the post below that he considered Wainwright the ace over Lohse.

Gotcha, this year I would say Lohse is the ace.

Gotta give Dumsty credit today. He pushed all the right buttons with the pen today. He got Leake out at the right time I think. I still believe he should have had Marshall walk Furcal, but I give him credit today.

He also hit and run BP on the Bruce double.

Another good win but when is this offense going to start hitting? The pitching continues to carry the team. Does Dusty sit Stubbs and Rolen tomorrow, let's hope so with Homer going? Stubbs is absolutely killing this team.

Never saw the game but saw the replay and the amazing thing about Ludwick's HR was that it was on a breaking ball. He went down and got it.

Pittsburgh up 6-4 in the top of the 8th. (If you have DirectV, the Major League Package is free this weekend. Game is on ch 731)

IF this team gets to the playoffs, I think they have a much better chance than they did in 2010 because their pitching has been so good. If they even show up a little bit offensively they can go deep.
