My wife is pushing me towards the otterbox defender series because of the toughness and protection but to me it feels a little bulky. I wouldn't have an iPhone without an Otterbox. My Otterbox is beat to hell and about to completely fall apart but my phone looks out-of-the-box new.

They replace all Otterbox cases within one year of the purchase of the Otterbox. I just replaced mine today for the second time since December simply because I can if it rips or something. I beat the hell out of my Otterbox also.
