6'2" and 215 pounds. I see what you mean. Probably no one on the T roster that can block that monster.

As you know. Speed is everything anymore

Who is X's qb going to be this year?

Great discussion, but let's make sure to keep the Trinity-specific comments to the Trinity team thread. Comments on the T-X matchup are fair game.

Edited by True blue (and gold)

3rd best in 6A Simon Kenton will be 2nd best this year! Will find out August 10th scrimmage SK vs ST. X!

Didn't He say this last offseason about Kenton how they would blast X because they were revamped? and what happened?

Austin Gahaefer he won the central game at Central when Mattingly was out last year.

Not Just fine..3-4 years chemistry isn't just replaced in 1 off season. And X will be much more competitive this year. They didn't lose anything besides George Stone and Alex Mattingly and losing Mattingly will make the offense better...provide more consistency..And in th epast i spoke on a stable of backs but this year reigns true... Senior Brandon Moore Junior Charles Walker Junior Austin Davis Junior Treyveon Percell..This class of O-line are better polished than the graduating class' and stronger. And for the defense ill just start by saying both starting corners run 4.4s

And Also People are forgetting Trinity is just 2 years removed from losing 32-6 reg season and 34-10 Championship to St X

I am not entirely sure you were reading the thread but this is now the second time it was mentioned.

2 years and 166-18 combined score if I read the posts correctly.

I was just saying in General everyone is writing X off like they're not a top tier program as well.

Look at my opening thread... I simply said for St X to improve (from being the 2nd best 6A school year in and year out) they must be able to take down Trinity. Look at the state championship situation in 6A football the last ten years. Only the most niave person would not agree that Trinity has dominated the state in 6A championships.

Yes they have But X has championships sprinkled in there.

Never count X out.

That's why they play the GAME!

Agreed.
