I've heard the husband has been cleared. I also heard the time she went in was earlier than normal. Maybe she saw something that someone didn't want seen. I'm just speculating on that though.

It would be difficult to bring charges w/out concrete evidence. If it is rushed to trial, and the Commonwealth doesn't have all its ducks in a row, then the murderer walks for the rest of his/her life.

 

Remember, nobody knows if this was a man or woman who committed the crime.

At first I thought the suspect in this case was the guy that was charged with Lee Jennings death in Indiana but I heard somewhere there was a new suspect(s) in this case and there was some connection to Texas but my memory is vague.
