If you are a fan of high school basketball (and I assume you are if you are reading this) and you haven't been to CovCath for a game -- tonight would be a great first experience.

 

This should be a good game and should settle who gets to wear the crown of Holmes' nearest adversary. Until I see someone step up, in the back of my mind, I still think they are all playing for 2nd.

 

Guidugli will get his, although I assume Billy will make him earn them, but CCH needs to pressure the perimeter, limit their production, and make it hard to dump the ball down.

 

I almost wish Timmy, coming off that broken hand, wasn't going to be playing in this wrestling match. Every time he hits the floor, and he will, the audible gasps in the gym will be deafening (like Wednesday when he did a nose dive in the lane).

 

CCH needs to get Bovard's best effort tonight, IMHO, to be victorious. Cahill, Noll, Schult, and Young need to step up as well, but that has been well discussed in this thread already.

Maybe CCH should dress some of their football players to neutralize Highlands physical advantage. Maybe Sam Flynn, or Zach Spradlin will be in a uniform tonight.

Coach L scouted the Birds against Dixie. I assure you he will have his team ready as Willie will have his team ready. Should be a great game.

 

I have not seen CCH but it is hard for me to imagine that CCH is not bigger all the way around when compared to the Birds. HHS is not that big.

CCH has the advantage tonight being at home. It will be their game to lose.

Ben G. is really the only one that is bulky. The rest are average to small in stature. I would think CCH would definitely be taller.
