Huge win for the Angry Birds. Glad I picked this one in my brackets!

I think something is wrong with my TV. Coach Pitino looked all swollen and his hair was frizzy.

A berth in the Sweet 16 made a really good season for Louisville, after all that has happened this year. A trip to the Elite 8 makes it an outstanding season. I agree, one of Rick's best coaching jobs, with this group.

Great game by the Cards. Not looking forward to the possible rematch. They're playing good ball.

Cards are really stifling on the defensive end, which is why they are where they are. I don't see Marquette or Florida being able to beat them.

I havent had that much fun watching a game in a while... For some reason Michigan State didn't scare me. After they won the BE Tourney, everything else has just been icing on the cake. Outstanding run to this point for Pitino and the Cardinals. Three more!!

Well.....it's a good thing that Coach Pitino did not "go away" as our resident pessimist and Card fan Jim Schue requested on this forum a few weeks ago.:D

Michigan State should have played a tougher OOC road schedule.

So much for Louisville not matching up with Michigan State.

It was the other way around.

Was it just me or did Michigan St. look confused 75% of the time? Not trying to take away from what UofL did because they definitely out scrapped the Spartans.

MSU looked confused because Louisville was playing excellent defense. :thumb:

All you hear is what a great coach Izzo is and it is very well deserved but Rick Pitino is still as good as they are in college basketball.

I just can't beleive how MSU was playing today. To me they lacked a sense of urgency. UofL was playing like they were playing the last game of the season and MSU looked like they were still in February.

Because MSU didn't respect Louisville. JMO. They expected to walk on them.
