  1. From the Sheldon Clark Cardinals our hearts go out to this family, team, and community for the pain and heartache they are suffering, such as we felt a year ago when our own teammate Ryan Kelly lost his sister in an auto accident.
  2. Game will be at the Rock in Inez Friday. Lights are on.
  3. He has a broken wrist and concussion. Was kept overnight at the hospital for observation. That's the last info on him.
  4. I was very impressed with LC this year. So many young players. They appear to be on the right track to getting back to LC of old. Wish them the best of luck on their play-off run.
  5. Sheldon Clark game was played at Lawerence county.
  6. SC worked on their passing during the scrimmage. Kelly did not play much. He carried the ball maybe 5 or 6 times. He is still nursing a sprained ankle. The 2 TD passes SV threw had a jv kid covering. Three starters did not dress and play. Really was not much of a showing to determine what the season will be. QB looked good and running game will be there.
  7. Prayers go out to the Cory family. Former Perry County HS wrestler Nick Cory died in a auto accident Thursday night. He was a great young man.
  8. I think a lot of people are underestimating Kelly. He was out most of the season with injuries. His soph. year he had nearly the same yardage as Dials with less carries per game. He's also a force on defensive. I see them being a better team in 08.
  9. Only JV I saw go into the game was with only 2 min. left in the game.
  10. Keep your heads up LC. Three years ago Sheldon Clark only won 2 games. The next year they lost their first 3 (may be wrong) and came back and made it to the regional final. Also did Prestonsburg start out last year losing their first 4 or 5 games? You have great kids keep working hard, it'll pay off.
  11. Kelly should be back next game. Have to wait and see if Doctor releases him and how his knee is healing. Really missed him on defense. Kevin Scites will be back next game also. He's a big absence from the line.
