Is Sullivan back? If so has he been HC's third scoring option? In the earlier game, besides Sorrell and Giwa, HC did not have anyone that wanted to take a shot. I just think if you give CCH as much time as they have had to prepare to stop one, maybe two guys, that they will be able to get the job done.

He is a great coach and I am sure if you watch some of the games you will get to see just how animated a coach that he is!

Question for those CCH fans in the know, is this CCH team getting better as the year goes on? It seems to me from the scores that this team seems to play up or down to the level of competition that they are playing.

This is a very disheartening loss for the Colonels. After being up 14 in the 4th quarter, Colonels start throwing the ball around and end up losing the game. Announcers for CCH say that this is the low point of the season for the Colonels! Yet another game in which Bondick was sorely missed.

Side note: Did Austin Hill miss the regular season game against CCH last year? I believe that he was the only regular starter for Holmes that played in that game, due to the suspensions from the Lex Cath tournament.

Boone County may have something to say about this statement! After watching them last night, they seem to have all of the pieces that is takes to win the ninth.

I was very impressed with #4 for Boone, runs the team very smoothly. He seems to break the defense down and dish out to the shooters on the wing, who tonight were knocking them down regularly.

Colonels very sloppy tonight, but Boone was by far the better team. Boone is good, very good. I was very impressed overall with Boone, they are very solid from top to bottom! Cov Cath looked lackadasical and not into this one at all, they miss Bondick.

Anyone have any information about this game?

I think that the difference will be the inability of CCH to stretch the field with their passing game. With Highlands speed, I just don't think that CCH will be able to pound it on them the whole game. CCH is going to have to be able to have a passing game and to me, I just think that they are too inconsistent.

Coach needs to invoke a QB sneak when it is 3 and 1 or less. I can remember at least two times when Highlands came up big and made a stop to force a punt stopping Colonel drives.

This game was ugly with lots of penalties and botched plays (QB running into the runningback) on CCH's behalf. One positive to take from the game was the return game of #7 Furnish.

CCH started 0-3 and went on to win state? This team has a lot of things that need to be fixed. They better get a win next week or else?

None of them may have been intent to injure, but they still are mistakes that can't be made. CCH put up a good fight, but way too many mistakes that winning football teams do not make!
