  1. SNOW SHOULD NEVER STOP A BALLGAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:ylsuper: :walk:  :dancingpa :fire: :thumb:
  2. At one time I always thought that Ashland High School in the 60's, when they had Conley, Sargent , Smith , Kron was the best high school team ever. But the Game has changed so much with a change in officiating , in recruiting and it seems boys today are much bigger and more athletic than ever. I think it would be very difficult to compare past teams with the teams of today. I remember when a foul was a foul and now they hang on , push ,hold , carry the ball 20 feet with one dribble. Also, today recruiting is a big deal. The team that has more to offer is where the outstanding boys wind up. Again ,it is very hard to compare what was to what is because of these reasons.
  3. I've seen all the teams mentioned that think they could beat the Huntington WV high school of this year. Very few of these teams, if any, could beat the Huntington WV team of this year and this year's Scott Co high school team could be ONE of the best high school teams ever in Ky . By the way , I'm not even a Scott Co fan. :flame:
  4. The 16th region officials call way too many touch fouls..................:ylsuper:
  5. Didn't know they had a district tournament????????????
  6. Scott Co is the best high school team I've seen in a long, long time.:ylsuper:
  7. Robbelle Rogers, of Clark Co plays as hard as anyone I've seen this year.
  8. I've been watching O.J. for the about 7 years now and the only thing I can say about him is that he needs to move on to the next level, whatever it might be. He's totally bored with high school basketball and all the hype hasn't helped him.:dancingpa
  9. I AGREE:thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
  10. Neither team that night could throw a pea through a horse collar.
  11. Start and play who is doing the best at the present time regardless of what grade they're in.
  12. WRONG:banana:
  13. Great game for Miller and probably the best game for Pawsat I've ever seen him play. Miller had the prettiest dunk I have ever seen in a high school game.:thumb:
  14. I'd love to see Deming win but I think Silver Grove has got the edge.:fight:
  15. You have 10 semesters of eligibility in high school. If you are an 8th grader and play varsity ball, you would be ineligible to go anywhere else and play ball unless your parents moved. Otherwise you would have to sit out a year.
  16. I'm a big fan of Rose Hill and was wondering if they played last night. I know they were suppose to play Bellevue last night and wondered if it was called off?
  17. Knowles played a great game tonight. He's playing his best of the year.:ylsuper:
  18. Stenzel only took two shots tonight and hit both of them ,just doesn't shoot as much as some of the others .The more you shoot , usually, the more you get.
  19. It's close to 100 miles.
  20. Yes ,unless their parents would move to the school district where they plan to play. If they don't move they would have to sit out a year.
  21. Last night Clark Mlddle was scheduled to play Mason Co Middle School and Mason didn't have school and had to call the game off because it's their policy ,so I just drove on down to Richmond to the Class A tournament. Paintsville and Elliott Co was a great game.:irked:
  22. Sure a bad, boring game to watch:ylsuper:
