How did Miller play?

I didn't get to go to the game tonight. Heard that Miller had twenty-something; and also that Brad Pawsat had a career game with something like 15 points. Can anyone confirm?

Not sure how many points Pawsat had, but he did have a nice game.

Great game for Miller and probably the best game for Pawsat I've ever seen him play. Miller had the prettiest dunk I have ever seen in a high school game.:thumb:

A brutal game, in the sense that both teams REALLY went after it. VERY, VERY physical. Mason Co had an awful 2nd quarter, no movement on offense and Central took advantage, Royals were lucky they were only down 5 at the break.

 

Start of the second half, lots of movement on offense, great passing, VERY unselfish play.

 

Rowdy student sections on both sides, a police officer talked to the Mason Co students at the half and it appeared to be a school administrator talked to the Central kids.

 

I give the Royals students a big congrats for the "We can't hear you." and "Why so quiet?" chants when the game was turning around. The Mason Co kids were behind the royals even when things weren't going so well. Can't say the same for the Central kids once their team started to go down.

 

Nice win for the Royals and I wouldn't be surprised at all if Central made it to Rupp.

What happened there at the end? From what I heard a Central player stole the ball from Pawsatt and made a layup at the end of the game as pawsatt was dribbling out the final 5 seconds of the game.

Yeah, he did. That didn't really bother me though.

Heres a pic of the 81-82 Regular season 25-0 Sweet 16 Mason County Royals team.They were honered between games.

A very nice ceremony and great reception for the team. I have grown up all over the country, lived in Adams County in Manchester for a couple years. Too bad I missed seeing this great team play.

Listen to lots of Mason games on WFTM and Mason student section can be heard loud and clear lots of times(bad language and all). Keep the enthusiasm,but tone down the non-stop ref bashing,etc.
