I dont know if legally they can be, but I do think they should be punished as well. Its uncalled for, I dont care who is the one being displayed in the effigy. Just my opinion though.

This is pathetic. How people can behave in this manner is beyond me. Hope these idiots get some time for this.

As a college student I searched for 4 months trying to find a job and couldnt, this def. wouldnt make it any easier on me. Plus, with my father owning a small business and myself intending to own it when he retires, I just dont see what good this does. I may be young, but I feel I am well educated about politics and the economy, and this has FAILURE written all over it.

This is just my opinion, but I can't stand seeing a man who wants to cut government spending so much spend so much on a campaign. I think it is ridiculous myself.

I agree. My dad and I always mess with opposing fans, but in good harmless fashion. Some fans take it way too extreme and thats where we have problems. I mean I have been to plenty of games when I was cheering for the oposing team and the fans were fine, they messed with me but it was all in fun. Now if some jerk was cussing at me the whole game and trying to fight or throwing beer on me or something....I am pretty sure that I would have to step up to the plate. I can't stand that kind of behavior, but poking fun at the opposition is all in good fun and is what makes sports how they are.

I would love to see this matchup, but I can't see Tech winning out. there next 3 weeks are brutal. They Have Texas, OK St., and @ Oklahoma. I love watching the Red Raiders play though.

We have all the right to question this call, we are UK fans, and if you haven't taken a look at the numbers you should, because the only person who can move the ball is Cobb. Personally, I think if cobb was our QB from the start of the arkansas game we wouldnt have had to come back by that much in the first place. We dont expect that much, but I do expect a starting QB in the SEC to be able to manage a game and hit an open target. Like its been said before, if you can't get the ball to your best target (Cobb), then why not make the switch? I am not trying to start a fight but it is crazy if you think we are expecting too much, we just notice the obvious, and that is that Cobb is the best chance we have to mgo bowling this year. Period.

Watching Hartline play football hurts my eyes and my pride. Everytime he is in the pocket I want to jump through the tv and give him a lesson on the game of football, and I am not that good at it. This was the most embarassing game I have ever witnessed in any sport.

There is a big matchup for a district championship between to independents this week in Eminence and Frankfort.

In Henry County when I was in school we called ourselves county. Alot of my buddies say, "Hey you goin to county this weekend?" when they are trying to schedule something when all of our class from college is coming back home.

I never liked Monroe when I watch him play. While I cant judge too much cause I only saw him a few times, I really did not like the way he played. Very lazy.

Congrats to both teams. It was a hard fought game and for anyone to knock on Carroll is absurd. They are def. improving every year, and I really like there coach. the game was hard fought, and while I don't think the kicks were classless bc HC really does it just about every play because they dont have a strong kicker, I do see why some of you all would be hesitant to say otherwise. anyways, to the most important part, I hope the young man from Carroll recovers quickly. I havent heard, does anyone have any updates on him??? Anyways, best of luck to both teams and HC better practice their butts of this week if they want any chance on a deep playoff run IMO.

Agreed. Penn State is pretty amazing this year IMO, and OSU beat the snot out of my favorite Big10 team today. Very impressive win by the bucks.

Exactly. It is so dumb to vote for color of the skin or against it. who cares what the person looks like. I dont care if you are black whit purple silver or gold, if you can lead you can lead. I mean, not a lot but some people don't like McCain because of his age, and thats stupid as well. I know a lot of people in my neck of the woods dont like him because he is old. Why is that?

I agree holeheartedly, but I also agree that it is wrong for anyone to judge him based on his color of skin, heritage, or name. I think a lot of people base their opinions on this stuff. I have no problem with Obama based on his skin color, beliefs, etc., I dont like him because of his politics, and thats what it is really all about. I do agree though that if the roles were reversed the media would find a way to praise Obama and bash McCain. So how some way.

I think either Raceland or Beechwood will go undefeated, whoever wins in the state championship. I also think that Boyle and Bell co. both go undefeated until they play each other (whenever that is in the playoffs) with the winner going undefeated and winning it all. I also think that St. X and Fort Campbell will be undefeated state champs, and John Hardin will stay undefeated until they run into Highlands.

Also, there really isnt a way to knock Highlands. It is hard to argue that the teams in the west could compete with them the way some of you think. They may not play any great 5A teams from Kentucky, but Hopkinsville is ranked top 10 in 5A according to BGP, and they also played Colerain, who is a great team from OH, and they play Lex. Cath this week (yes, they are a little down, but still a good team), and then in a couple weeks they play a very good 6A team in Madison Central. Highlands plays there fair share of difficult games in the season. we will see how it works out come playoff time.

I dont know what other HC fans think, but Carroll always scares me. The last time I watched a HC CC game it was 2 years ago at Carroll for their homecoming, and they spanked us. Carroll is always a tough game and I would expect no difference this year, escpecially since it is the same circumstances as 2 years ago.
