Congrats Birds!!!!! All players and coaches have accomplished an amazing season. To all of you seniors, enjoy this to the fullest and good luck to all of you in whatever your future holds for you. I have known most of you since you first started playing in the Jr. Football league, each and every one of you have always been very respectful to your elders and show dignity in everything you do. I just wish the best for all of you in your journey of life. I would also like to say congrats to the players and coaches of Bowling Green for a great season. Keep up the hard work and the state title will come to you.

On McGraw, from what I understand, there might be a possibility for him to play next year. It all depends on how well therapy and the healing process goes. All I can say is that he is in my prayers either way. He is a great kid, most polite, well mannered young man you will ever meet. So Greg, just keep your chin up, you will do very well in life as long as you stay the way you are.

Good job Bulldogs! Don't forget that this is a team sport. Play together as a team and you guys can win it all. Stay focused and in control of your emotions, these two things could be the difference in winning or losing, and I know you want to win.

Does anybody know how the Vories coaches are doing at Bellevue? I heard that Kent and Mike are both coaching there now.

Speaking of starting a freshman, has a SOPHOMORE even DRESSED varsity this year for Highlands boys? It appears that Willie is "throwing away" every other year of players. Why? IMO, the whole soph class is getting the shaft. I'm told that he is on every sophs rear end all the time, could be just trying to build character or see how much they want to play, but for whatever reason. I do hear a lot of complaints about the Coach, not from just players, but parents as well.

Anyone have any stats from this game. I hear a freshman was getting a start in this one.

Thanks, last year this time he broke his left wrist at the Holy Cross tourney. He was pretty bummed at first, but I think since there was no break, he's hoping to get back sooner. Provided the tendon isn't damaged.

It was just dislocated, no break. Still have to see ortho to see about tendon, ligament damage. At the hospital it went right back into place. It looked aweful, his left ring finger was not going the right way.
