GC coach

I would call Gray and Morrison impact players and they were on the same team. She is a great coach but I agree that Shelby and the other larger schools in the region have a talent advantage year in and out. A mediocre player for the larger schools is a star in the all A.

Should be a good game. WV has home court and a size advantage. Williamstown scorers and experience at the guard. The game may be decieded by guards for WV handling the pressure and physical play of W-town. Will W-town stay out of foul trouble? This is a tough one but I will go with W-town by 6.

CC looked good and played really well. For sentimental reasons I would like to see it at Henry but you are right, parking and now possibly seating are major problems right now. I would think Carroll could be another option. How many does Gallatin hold?

Wasnt there but heard it was a tight game until owen caught fire in early 4th quarter. Owen played really well all game. I heard Beatty 4 Gallatin was injured early in the 3rd an did not return. Not sure how bad. HOpefully not serious an congrats 2 OC

Simon Kenton is head and shoulders above everyone else. The rest of the region is about even. On any given night one team could beat another on a nuetral floor outside of SK

Give credit where its due Jones hit a tuff shot. No one was cheated he shouldnt of been left open as everyone knew who GC was going two. Congrats two both teams. HC is greatly improved

LOl. Injuries happen to everyone and are part of the game. Hindsight is better than foresight and I'm sure the staff would of redone some little things. Players and coaches have off nights but the good ones learn from mistakes. Coaches get too much credit and blame all at the same time. I heard it was a great game and the district and all a is wide oen.

Doesn't look ike it. It will probably take a few years but being in Boone Co. they should increase in talent in the next few years.

I predict another good 1 in the all A. I like both teams but am going with Carroll by 8. Carroll returns 5 former starters from a great season last year. Both teams playing well as of late.

It looked like the JV took a beating the other night. I saw three girls not able to return to that game for GC. That will not help the bench. SHould be another good one in the all A

I agree. Not to make excuses because I know the players and coaches are not. But they have had some key injuries, illness and foul trouble. It's too early to tell. You want to play well during the all a and district. The first 2 games I've seen and heard about turnovers have been low. This game it looked like the turnovers were at key times. Credit W-town also. It was a great game.

They haven't clicked just yet but in all honesty Gallatin was 10 and something last year. I have also seen where Jones has been banged up. They have some seniors but the rest are sophs or below. As for all teams it's not so much who is playing well now.

I agree Hill and Wilhoite stepping up made the game exciting. Two sophmores make the future of the all a bright. I don't know about best team winning. It seems to me they are very evenly matched like most all a teams this year. ANytime you play at home that should be a 10 point advantage and with the band almost standing on the opposing teams bench that adds to it. But I'm glad I got out to the game. It was a good one and look forward to their battles.

She was impressive. She got in foul trouble the 1st half which lmay have limited her touches but they seemed to get it to her in the 2nd and she produced.
