Nice game for her! Good win for Newport who was 0-2 against Lloyd last year.

Bivens tore up the Lloyd defense.... Newport played very well with senior Tjuana Feldhaus hurting her ankle in the first half.... Good job ladies!!!

LLoyd had a very good guard last year. Did she graduate?

This is going to come out wrong and I don't mean it that way, but what has made them solid since last year? They weren't solid last year! Coach left right? Player nucleus stayed together? Transfers? Kids playing that were walking the halls?

If you watch them play, their entire attitude on the court has changed. They have a certain confidence now, a certain attitude, that wasn't there before. Come watch 'em tonight.
