BB is the better team with or without Nate. Anything goes in rivalry games but I'll say 6-8 win for the Mustangs.

Ayers is the glue guy they are missing big time. However I can't say he's the leader they're missing. Someone has to step into that role Cody Chambers left void.

Pretty good. His step back J looked to be his go to move and it was nice. Good handles and they gave him a lot of freedom to do what he wanted in their O.

How? No one person has stepped into the leadership role. I have no doubt someone will, but no one has stepped up yet.

Knott County won the rebounding battle 47-22 including 17-8 on the offensive glass. It was men vs boys on the inside. Knott County went 26-36 from the foul line which helped kill the late Simon Kenton charge. It was an ugly second half in which Knott only made 5 second half fg's. Lack of a leader and a glue guy are really holding this SK team back.

SK didn't forfeit, they had a first round bye.

I agree they could play better. They coasted a little towards the end of the 3rd into the 4th or it could of been worse.

Ryle isn't in Kenton County.

Final...

Englemon is a totally different player than he's ever been. I left super impressed with him this year. However, Jackson is still more polished and IMO will be able to get under his skin and take him out of the game.

I've seen both teams and Scott just doesn't have anyone to stop or slow down Bolden. Nick Jackson should be the best big on the floor but many others must step up for Scott to pull the upset. I'll take Holmes by 8-10.

Thanks Jim. Scott has 5 or 6 guys who can go for more than 10 a night. I still expect big things from them.
