I get in trouble when i'm not even looking for it on here. I also wanna say hats off to the Rebel players. These kids have played their butts off. This week could be a springboard for Boyle. I hope not but if we lose I will still wish the best for Boyle Co. I think once they get to play that game at home later this month that it might really bring out the animal in the Rebs!

Let me know where you will be and I will stop by. Just give me a heads up before game time. I'm still not sure where the game is being played. I assume Mercer field. Anybody know for sure?

Don't forget that Boyle and Mercer are neighbors. So you make yourself at home at our house.

I believe it is highly possible they will match up somwhere in the playoffs. I saw them play North Laurel before Mercer played South Laurel and they have some players. I Believe that will be a good one if it happens.

Super, it's hard to say what will happen in this game. That alone adds to the excitement. I think Boyle is in a fast rebuild mode right now. They may be rebuilding, but they are getting better pretty fast. Henry Clay,Danville, and Lafeyette aren't exactly lightweights. Mercer has played a much lesser schedule. Who knows what we will see. But, I can't wait either way.

Get their early or bring a lawn chair. Their will plenty of availible tailgating spots if you get their soon enough.

I think those who have a clue know that nothing will be easy in this game. I would love to see Mercer win in a blowout. But, I know what Boyle Co. is about.

Oh no hard feelings here. I know Boyle is much better then their record. Mercer will show what theri made of. It will probably be a war.

I think the Boyle-Mercer game should have made this list. It will be electric friday night in Harrodsburg. A huge crowd will be on hand.

So then what is the excuse for Rockcastle? Throw the stats out the window. The only one that counts isn't hard to figure out. Lincoln Co won! Your post is pointless. Sorry about that. I just had to get that off of my chest. Great win Pats!

I think that a strong passing game like Boyle's will be a way to stop them. If you can't stop their offensive attack then you will be put in a hole sooner or later. You will have to be able to score some points. I know Boyle has a good disciplined run Defense. If they stop the rushing attack then they will provide alot of answers for future opponents. If they can't then that could spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e for future opponents. Friday will be a great test.

I for one am glad we finally dropped that dog.

That will be easier said then done. I think Mercer got their bad game out of the way friday. I could tell they didn't come to play once they give up that first good run. There was no fire. I think they learned their lesson friday. Plain and simple. If you can't dominate the trenches it will be tough to beat them. It wont take much of a seam for Mercer to break one. I know they have more then one good Qb so they can throw the ball. But Marty Jaggers hasn't changed none over the last 20 years. He is going to run it. Run it some more. And then run it some more till you can stop it. They have been very conservative with their offense so far. I believe when it comes time then they will open it up. Will it be friday? Who knows?

Super, I nominate you for the BS post of the year award. You know I am not one of those fans. I've been telling people since the Danville game that Boyle is still a VERY good team. How many sophomores do they start on defense? Isn't it like 7 or 8? But they are some players. This is the best team Mercer has had since 1988. That was a great team that year. They were bigger then last years Mercer team from top to bottom. But, they lacked the team speed this version of the first merged Mercer team has. I have been around a long time. I have been through all those years when Mercer was terrible. Alot of people are excited because this truly could be the best team Mercer has fielded. Definitely the best when it comes to speed. And the whole community has fell in love with the team already. The Danville advocate hasn't been an innocent bystander in all of this hype. We have always loved our football just as much as anybody. Both Mercer and Harrodsburg always lacked what the other had. Numbers and incredible athletes. Combine both and you have an animal. Mercer hasn't played the schedule that Boyle has but Mercer shouldn't be doubted. It's obvious they have numbers and great talent. This game will still be won in the trenches. I see a very highly competitive game coming our way friday. It could be special. I feel bad for anyone local who can't make it to this game. It will be alot of fun. I know you have another predicition coming Super. You love your Rebels! As you should. Those fellas need a home game badly. Boyle has great fans. Always have even way before Chuck. You coming to the game Super?

I don't think NL can handle that passing game with Bowling.

I think Lincoln deserves a little credit here. They have talent and they are well coached. Coach French isn't new to the game or nothin. I'm looking forward to next season with Lincoln and Mercer being in the same district. Mostly to see the coaching duel. French (former Mercer coach) Vs. Jaggers (former Lincoln coach). That will make for a great matchup that will grow and be great for the community. I would love to see the Bob Allen classic in Danville be for just the local teams Danville,Boyle,Lincoln, and Mercer alternating each year playing one another. That would be awesome!

It's not been that long ago that Anderson was a handful. They will get back to where they wanna be.

I guess I had friday's game on my mind. What? 5 turnovers and almost 500 yards of total offense. Last week if they didn't spot the Ads 14 I believe they would have won. I think Mercer will have to have a great game in the secondary. Bryce Perry is getting better every week. I didn't know about him early on but he is really showing serious potential. Boyle is young but they play disciplined. I agree on the execution but Also, they haven't played a cupcake schedule either. It's been murder on those young kids. I expect a war friday night. With the crowd that will be there it will be ELECTRIC! Which field are they playing at? That seems to be a popular question here the last few days. I hope they play at Mercer field. I know their is a parking issue but that would be a problem at either place with this game.

When a player of a team starts bashing the fans for somthing off a message board that wasn't even negative in regards. Well that's when you cross the line. Without the fans like me who may get the wrong 40 times like the next guy might then who would come to the games? Who would do this or that for the school? It would be a whole lot less crowded on friday nights. I am going to drop this cause I'm tired of going back and forth with this. You keep trying harder and you might get on the field. Til then work on being a role model for the underclassmen.

If you were really apart of this team you would just correct me and be done with it. It's not my fault Mercer played bad tonight.

I guess I haven't won a spelling Bee lately by your thoughts. Yeah, it's been awhile. I didn't clock them but I would like to think they are one of the fastest backfields you will find around here. And how about lets cut down on the cutting down. I'm not on here taking swings at noone.
