IM not surprised by this especialy since it was at Fleming Co. they are an aressive bunch of girls and Alex is a very good player looks like she had a big night against the FILLIES. Harrison Co. seems to be a little down this year still have a good team just think they are struggling this year. Who knows maybe Deming will give them fight in the District?

Will this be as good of a rivalry as the boys have had this year? Thoughts and predication???????

I agree too many turnovers but i think that has been a problem all season hope they cut down on them here soon they will need all the chances they are given to make something happen if they wanna have a good showing in the tourny . Good Luck !

Thats not giving Coach Stevenson very much credit. I think Coach Stevenson did A good job with the kids this year ,they were a great bunch of kids to watch play . Look foreward to watching them in the future.

Sounds Like a nice team effort for the Lady Bears last night. Looks like Figgins had her shot on, as well as Ahrens putting in 10 , that has to be a huge confidence builder for her Nice Win land Good Luck the rest of the way.

Nice to see other schools fans show alot of class for a team when things turn out the way they did here cant say that for all schools a big NICE JOB for the fans of CCHS.

I truely believe academics are still # 1 for most schools and students but with the big push for schools to excell athleticly things have changed and this is previlent at some of the schools not only in KY but nation wide. Its a shame it has come to this but with parents, and coaches, and school officals really putting athletics first this can lead to nothing but trouble for our young men and women. JMO Remember the kids will act and excell in what ever is preched at home, afterall isnt that where everything starts from respect to acedemics to being a good student and with the world the way it is today i think that is a big problem in today's society. That the parents are starting to not push for the right prioroties. Dosent happen everywhere but it is out there.

I was talking bout the vasity and the younger girls getting time and making a difference in that one???

Thank You URIT im not sure how much playing time you will give the young girls but did they get alot in the first meeting?? It is a good group of freshman but do you think they will make that much of a difference as stated in the first post?? Just seeing what your thoughts were

Im not sure how much the 3 games will have on the young group fatigue may be a problem they have had only one day to recover i think with how the lady bears played last time if they can cut down on the turn overs then they should win this one. As for the ladies producing that seems to be a problem throughout the season IMO cant miss the easy buckets have to make them and the guard s can't turn the ball over if they want to come away with the win!

No disrespect ment but i think you misunderstood the thread i think they are talking about the girls who do not always get the attention they deserve for there play on the court.

Very well put and that goes for all sports I think BCHS has alot of good young coaches in alot of there sports the parents and players need to be patient i think BCHS is headed in the right direction in all of there programs.

I belive alot of schools have to raise the money specific to there sport Girls Basketball is seperate from boys basketball football is seperate each team raises there own money i don't like this system i think it creates a competition and noone seems to work together for the good of the kids and schools JMO

URIT that is a pretty big expectation you really belive that group of fresh Bracken Has can do that ?? Sure would be a nice thing to happen for those young girls

She sure knows how to turn up the heat on Defense and if im not mistaken is still young if she ever gets a hold on the Offensive game she could be a very good complete player JMO

Agree Coach Kelsch will make a great head coach someday if he so chooses. Alot of asst. are happy right where they are though. However i do belive Coach Kelsch will be a head coach someday i do belive he is happy where he is at right now and has nothing but the best out look for his teams and im sure there is some goals left he would like to achieve before having his own program.

Melissa Brown Russel had a very good college carrer to untill all her knee problems.

Alex Rogers from Bracken and Hannah Haight they both do alot of the little things that dont get recognized in the score books i think both girls have a nice future ahead of them. They both will probably someday be recognized by there play. You could also make an argument for a number of the young lady bears though
