Bracken needs to get the athletes that play baseball and basketball to play football. You will never be able to build a program with all study hall kids. There are great numbers that have come out for the 6th grade and lower football programs, but don't know if football will still be around when they get to high school

They need to have a better feader program i think last year was the first year for the young kids grades 1-4 to have an opportunity to come out and learn the fundementals of Football IMO they should have a full contact, full pads team in the 3 or 4th grade and up. It will take some time but i think eventually they will have a program that will put a competitive team on the field . As far as the Baseball and Basketball players if they have no clue about the game of football then i dont care how big or strong they are then they arnt going to help as much as everyone thinks. Football is not a game you can just pick-up as a Junior or Senior and truly excell in . IMO

Where do you get coaches that have played or know a lot about football to coach the really young kids,especially at a school in the raw stages. It can't be just teachers and volunteers all of the time.

I think there are some parents out there who know football as well as some people in the community these people just need to be approached by the orginzation to see if they want to help.

I'm pretty sure their middle school team and their FROSH team folded. I'm not sure where they expect to get players from. BC football is on life support right now.

All of the interest is 6th grade down and this was the 6th grader's first year ever of football,so already behind I'm afraid.

THey got a steal in coach Chuck Faust. You couldn't ask for a better man to coach a football team. He has coached for a long time and truley knows the game. Bracken Co. just needs to follow his lead!

Im not sure the people of BCHS can do that seems like if a coach dosent get the job done in there first or second year that tings need changed. I agree with you i think he will get the program headed in the right direction just takes some time.

Absolutely correct CountryBoy07, It is going to take some time because the program is still at ground level. IT'S GONNA TAKE TIME! BCHS and its' powers to be need to realize that a football program is more than just going out and practicing and playing. There is a ton of time in preparation that goes into it. During the season and off season.

Very well put and that goes for all sports I think BCHS has alot of good young coaches in alot of there sports the parents and players need to be patient i think BCHS is headed in the right direction in all of there programs.
