From Boyd County, you would also have to add Melanie May and Mindy Boggs (now married to Don Daniels - boys head coach at Rowan County).

 

 

Frances

going by pure talent alone, Kasi Mullins-Galloway was by far the best talent this area has seen. Her travels to through area schools may have ruffled feathers and detracted a little from her game but she was an absolute physical specimen on the court.

She was okay, other than the fact she had a major weakness in that she could night go to her right and shoot, and that she pretty much peaked out by her Freshman year. But having said all of that, she would be in my top 25 All Time Greats from the 16th Region.
