Don't want to forget the juniors & sophmores. Ponzer , Jones , Kirk , Martin , Hopperton , Harper ,Palmer all have and do contribute to Walton. Ponzer can be a player when he wants , Jones defense has greatly improved, and Kirk is being to bang with the big boys greaat job boys you'll be fun to watch next year .

Walton did look like they wanted to play last night. Roberts was the old Roberts from awhile ago. Running the floor , rebounding , stealing the ball and scoring, and the best part of it was I don't think he was in foul trouble at all. Lynn played very well shot was good some very nice passes , Sartwell and Ceceil played hard and were all over the floor . Sommers took care of the ball and Zwick had some good minutes. Daugherty had a sub power game but he didn't have to score last night , he did play very well when he was in , didn't try to force the shot but kicked it out and the team responded. Hope this will bring all the seniors together for the end of the season.

Reason I ask is that I have notice that usually when Walton has a bad game it's because of me ball as to team ball { inside - out game mostly forgotten }

Senior night or not Walton should do well against Ludlow. I wonder who will get the start with 7 seniors on the team . Who ever it is I hope they come out and play well . It doesn't feel like that long ago when I first got introduced to these boys playing in grade school. I guess one of us is getting old! Good luck Walton, hope to make this one tonight.

I just hope to see a pair of refs that are up to date on the rules and can or will try to get up and down the court .At least try to get in position to make the call and not assume " we know what that spells " a foul was committed ! :fire:

It's not senior night , it's varsity boys play @ 6pm and Waltons varsity girls are playing @ 7:30 .Just a boys girls game Senior night is next Friday against Ludlow. I 'll be pulling for Walton to play a full game not just 1st or 2nd half.

Haven't heard much about spencer this year. So i dont know what to make of the game. Wondering if any one else knew about spencer and would like to have an idea of how walton will match up with them

Some teams , both good and bad can learn more from a practice without balls on the court! Kind of old school , been there.

Neeley is the best I've seen along with Hester. I still think Hester is better to the basket and dish off drives than Neeley , but I agree that Neeley has a much better shot than Mike. Both are about the same in size , so I think D2 is the best they would see, I hope I'm wrong.

I can agree with that , but don't forget Daugherty was on the bench with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter with only 2 pts and didn't return untill the 3rd quarter.Thats alot of offense not in the game.

Both Walton and Henry are scrapy teams . If Walton will play team ball like they have been they should win this one. It would be nice to see Waltons gaurds keep playing well that should open it up for Daugherty , Robert and Zwick.

The first half WV let Carroll hang around , Walton played lazzy defense . 3rd quarter was different . At one point I think walton was up over 40 pts. Daugherty , Lynn , Sommers ,Roberts & Ponzer all played well together. A little more run and gun in the 2nd half. Daugherty set with alittle over 6 min in the 4th

If Walton will play like they did against Simon Kenton last Friday they should win by double digits. Daugherty , Roberts and Zwick need to stay off the bench and on the court.

I think this is his 2nd year at Carroll.
