Walton plays Henry tonight a team they have beat once this year and a team that beat Gallatin. So we will see what happens. Walton also held a lead at half time at Gallatin then a very bad game showed up in the second half.

Walton's guards seem that they have answered the callenge to be better and have seemed to play very well the last couple of games.

Pelle of Silver Grove had a nice one on Martin from Walton in the preseason. Martin went for the block put only got his hands to Pelle's chest, that is how high Pelle got in the air. Pretty good for a guard.

I have not seen Carroll play this year but it does seem that they are having a down year. I know they lost there big guy last year. Walton is coming off a tough loss to SK in a game in which they played very well. So I will take Walton in this game by 8. What do you think?

As for me it would have to be Henry Co., I have never meet a player who did not love to play there.

I saw SK with Hester and last night without Hester they looked to be lost with him not on the court.

Shots just did not fall in the last minutes of the game for the Bearcats. They were only down by five with two minutes to go. There leading scorer Daugherty fouled out with 6 min. in the fourth to go, on back to back fouls that were cheap fouls but they seemed to call that way all night.

I have not seen all the teams play this year but I would say Hester and Hurd would be on the team. Neely would have to go on my team also. I have not seen Edmondson but from what I hear he could be on the team. Also I would add Daugherty off the bench.

Wondering if anybody had any thoughts on this game. I will not be able to attend this one so hope sombody can get me some updates. I think Walton by 15 to end this losing streak they are on.

I will take Gallatin in this one by 10.

I was impressed with Lynn for Walton he really steped up and played a great game at the point. I wouldn't say they slowed down Walton's inside game Daugherty still had 27 but seamed in ot nobody was willing to shoot the ball.

I was wondering if anybody else has noticed are maybe it is just the teams I watch. It seems that players these days do not know what there roll on a team is. When I played players had rolls and would follow it and win games. But it seems these days everbody just wants to score. I see more and more point guards looking to score instead of pass, big guys who hate to post up rather throw up the three. (Not good at shooting it) Just on observation wondering what other people think.

Before my time never got the chance to see them play. I know Bennett can still play with the boys today.

Hope the bigs can get some early scores to get them in a rythem

It is hard for him when teams are running the box and one against him. So he can't always get 30 plus. But he does most of the time.

It will be intresting to see how Walton bounces back after taking a bad lose against Owen. I saw the Grant Co. coach at that game and I think he learned how to stop Walton. So I would look for full court pressure the whole game.

They are a better team then that if they play as a team which has been the problem latley. Hope they can turn it around or they will suffer more loses like this one.

Pelle might be the best player in Northern Kentucky and people are not even paying attention.

I have come to the conclusion that there are two people on Walton who know how to put the ball in the goal. Daugherty and Roberts the problem with that is they are big guys and the guards for Walton are HORRIFIC. Why Sommers starts is the most amazing thing to me thee worst guard I have seen play ever.

I would have to throw in Burns I heard stories about him.

This should be a good game these two teams seem to always play each other tight. This will be my first look at Neely tonight and to be honest he scares me a little. Hope the guards come to play tonight and can contain him a little. If that happens Walton should pull out the victory.

They played good and from what I hear they could of won all three. I don't belive the compation was as good as they were expecting. Congrats to Daugherty for making the all tournament team.
