I am guessing that AT&T owns the pole, then if someone else(utility) attaches to the pole, they must have some type of agreement with AT&T. Poles owned by the electric utility, that have cable and phone attached to them, have agreements in place that permits their use. The same thing happens when the pole is owned by the phone company and the electric utility attaches to the phone company pole. Google would have to make an agreement with LG&E to attach to the poles that they own, in addition to the poles owned by AT&T.

The only teams in the Boone County School District that take buses are the football teams and the team is responsible for the cost.

Kids are much better at keeping sports in perspective compared to their parents or adults. Kids play because it is fun. All too often parents use their kids success in sports as some type of validation for their parenting skills.

I think that Fayette County schools actually have an athletic budget for their high school programs. Several school districts do not fund anything for athletics outside of coaching salaries. Football and boys basketball pay the bills for those schools coupled with fundraising. If you want or need new uniforms...raise the money. If you want to take a bus to a game...raise the money. If you want new helmets....raise the money. If you want new weights...raise the money. If you want to buy baseballs....raise the money. If you want to have painted lines on the field...raise the money.
