It sounds like to me turnovers were the difference in this game. Was SW ahead in the recovery of turnovers?

You may be right. LC didn`t make the playoffs last year in district 8. They are a much improved team this year. All Patriot fans are a little excited about the squad and the way the coaches has them playing!

I guess if you are a Lincoln CO. fan you need to find the dark horse thread. The patriots are going through the season like Braxton Miller goes through the line, low and hard. Maybe.... if the pats get a couple of wins in the playoffs they will get a little RESPECT! GO PATS!:dancingpa

Wow , last year LIncoln was the visiting team in about 4 or 5 homecoming games. If a team schedules LC this year for Homecoming they will be dancing with a loss instead of a win after the game.:ylsuper: LC by 28 @ homecoming

They will be losing 2 good backs that will be hard to replace but they do have a very strong junior class. Several good backs....Reed, Young, Denson, Brummet, and last but not least a soph. named Calhoun. IMO the line play on offense and defense will make LC tough to beat.

LC was close to winning a lot of their games last year. They got almost all their players back. Opposing teams better bring their "A" game if they plan on beating the PATS. LC will win by 3 scores. I don`t see anyone in the district beating them this year. Next year they should be better if French doesn`t lose any players.

Snooky was a good coach.... didn`t Bill Ed coach in 79`?

I agree with you about the middle school theory. Also kids lose intrest......cars girls jobs hunting tennis drugs, whatever, Some also move to power house teams at a different school. They move in with an uncle or grandparents....or something like that. :cry: :cry:
