Campbell won in 13, they are now on rain delay. My guess that 8:30 isn't going to happen for the Mason Nicholas Co. game.

I believe they are playing at Scott. Campbell is beating Clark 4-1.

Scott does have some tarping and should be able to cover the important spots but not a full field tarp.

I totally agree with this statement and feel if a coach sets up his rotation the right way and you dont have to use two or three starters in a game to advance, a coach sets his team up for the best chance to win a championship.

Congrats to Coach Barth but i would have loved to see Casey Fisk out there. I think he would have been a great fit for the program.

Cov Cath is going to win hands down. I would like to see... Cov Cath vs St. Henry Ryle vs NCC Highlands vs Beechwood (Bioni's) Dixie vs Conner I wouldn't be surprised one bit to see a Cov Cath/Conner Championship if this is the draw.

Luke Maile is THE BEST player on Cov Cath's team and in the State. I honestly think he is the 9th Region POY and Mr. Baseball but if he wins Mr. Baseball and Isler wins 9th Region POY i'm sure Luke wont be complaing.

I find this very hard to believe and find it very tough to see Nicholas advancing to the Championship. It doesnt matter who wins the Scott/Bourbon game, Nicholas will not beat either of those teams. The same thing was said about Nicholas last year and they came out beat Mason and then got smoked by Scott in the Semi's. So picking Nicholas to get the the Ship is a bit far.:ohbrother:

Who pitched for New Cath?

It is being played at Scott High School. This is the second year in a row that Scott Bourbon play each other and Nicholas and Mason have played each other. Scott should make another run to the Championship and with this year being played at Scott, I see them pulling the upset and winning the 10th region.

What was Roenker's balk call?

120 is pushing a bit too many and most Big Leaguers dont throw that many. I played with a kid who threw 179 at the age of 16 and this was at his dads discretion. So, I would think 120 is too many especially for a high school arm.

This may light some fire under Scott and they could catch some fire but if not and they play the way they did tonight they will lose and most likely they wont get the same draw they fortunately got coming in as a District Runner-Up.

It was Harrison who cancelled the game because they had testing. Scott was all up for playing.
