Bird will not play on Homecoming? Why?

Lawerence Co will get back on track just be patient- they are rebuilding with new coaches and staff. Coach Preece(O-cord) and Coach Goldsmith will get them to turn the corner just be patient.

Mr. Holtz- the defense of Henry is not soft-- Mount Hadden does a good job with the defense- that is probably their strong suit. They are very aggressive against the run- now the question is can Western Hills run or are they a passing team? Home field will be an advantage for Henry-they have learned to win at home over the last 5-6 years!

Gallatin beat Trimble by 21 and Trimble beat Eminence by 46, so I say Gallatin by 67 not that much

North Oldham was 0-10 last year- Is there anybody that would not be a favorite over them on any Homecoming night. Last year they lost to Mercer County on Homecoming. North will need to improve to beat anybody on Homecoming, so I don't see that as a big issue. Henry has beat North the last 3 years-why should it be any different

We are not that Naive- scholarships are available- what coach at Trinity has not won a State championship- Kevin Wright would have won a bunch - if he would have stayed there so?? Catlett probably won't play you because some of the players he was supposed to get have gone to Trinity on scholarship , along with players from Shelby, Oldham, Frankfort, Henry, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Providence, Bullitt and many others. I have been at several schools and Trinity wants you to think they out work you... this is a myth all the good teams work equally hard. it all comes down to numbers! Play in a private/ separate championship like the coaches voted for and this is not even a discussion. Public schools draw from a neigborhood or county --not a region or several states like Trinity, X, Cross, Lex Cath- etc- lump them into a separate private class and let them fight it out.
