don't know anybody heard anything about Mercer County?

Harrison lost 3 starters and Pendleton lost four. Pendleton's JV handled Harrison's by about 15 points, so right now I would say things are pretty even. Harrison will have to stop Belcher and Pendleton will have to stop Talbott, but the most important key will be the development of both teams JV/younger players. Which ever team that has the better supporting cast will be the better team next year!!!

What about Mercer County anyone know what is going on there?

Why Harrison First? They lost just as much as Pendleton?

Mason has won 11 regional titles since 81 and lost int he finals at least 3 other times. That is 14 trips in 26 years to the finals. Pretty good average. No one else can match it. Home court help? How can you say it does not?

Just for clarifaction. The awards Pat and Coach Biggs won were the KABC. Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches. Only members can vote which most people are I assume. Mustang is correct on the COY for the 10th region Coaches association. Different organizations. You have to win the region to get that one.

Just wondering to see who everyone would like to see in the Championship game. Any of these games could be a classic!

They are definetly on that second tier that I was speaking of......Harrison, Montgomery, PC, Scott, Campbell, etc. Brossart, Mason, and Clark are the big dogs next year!!

The JV went 9-11. From watching them early in the year, when I was not for sure if they would win about 3-4 games, till the end of the year they really improved and made some strides. Next year in the 10th it is Brossart, Clark, Mason as the top tier teams. After that I would throw in Harrison, Montgomery, PC among others on that second tier. With that being said and the hard work of Coach Biggs and staff, PC should compete for a district title and a return trip to the Fieldhouse!!

Congrats to Pat and Coach Biggs, these awards are well deserved. Congrats to everyone else that made the list. These kids work very hard and is good to see them have their actions rewarded.

PC will not have the talent that they have this year, but they have a lot of kids that have a lot of heart. These kids will give 110% every time they step on the court. Sometime that is better than having talent. These kids won't succeed like the past 2 years teams have but they will give it all that they have on the court every night.

Jeremy Mudd is also a kid that I believe can step it up and be a good ball player. Hasn't had much varsity experience, but I have seen him in a couple of games and the kid can shoot. He is a good ball handler and can take some pressure off Kane next year if he can hit the outside shot.

This should be a close one, but I think Mason is going to be tough to beat on their homecourt. This game should come down to who doesn't turn it over in the final minutes of the game. I say Mason by 4.

Gold, Actually I think Scott's FT's hurt them. Though they went to the line a lot, my sources tell me that it actually hurt them. They had to miss at least ten, I believe it was 23-33 or 24-34. They often went 1-2 or 0-1 at the line down the stretch and that ended up catching up with them.

Terry Davis had one of his best games tonight. Not sure how many points he scored but it had to be around 20. Pat did an excellent job rebounding tonight. The Wildcats were just too big for the Panthers tonight. GO Cats!

Does anyone know who won the regional player and coach of the year awards? KABC that is. Region by region. I think they are out. It is a regular season thing.

Great roster. Does anyone know the regional winners of Player of the Year or Coach of the year from KABC. Player winners get an automatic tryout for the KY/Indiana All-star game.

PC should win this one easily, but you never know. I say PC by 20 and hope some guys on the bench get some quality playing time.

Congrats to Tyler. He is a great player and has worked very hard to get to this point. I know his father is very proud and I wish him all the best.
