Justice has been served!! Congratulations to Pat Elliott and to Coach Buddy Biggs. With all the speculation that has been circling about this topic I am glad too see the Best recognized. What Big Pat and Coach Biggs have done has been nothing short of spectacular. They have truly exceeded the expectations of most people. Remember there will be two different awards. This seems to be the KABC voting. The 10th region Coaches association COY winner goes with whomever wins the regional title.
