Your just biased. :laugh: Its virtually a tie between the Royals and Cards. Your right Mason only had 1 region loss to PC. GRC has 2 of its 3 losses to PC and a loss to Mason back in December. I just think Clark is the better team right now. But whoever wins Friday night will be the undisputed number 2, at least for a week anyway.

Its a Region game what's wrong with it being played? What good comes from it you ask? Well first of all just to add some perspective although it has no relevence on the game. Deming played within single digits of another upper tier Region school in Montgomery Co. Deming is trying to make their schedule more competive to build their program, whats wrong with that. As for the Camels playing the game, everyone got to play. Adds game experience to the bench and the starters get a nice rest. And who would have thought it would be a 52 point margin. A blowout, say 30 maybe 40 point yes. And didn't someone mention that Deming had three players out? Maybe not a factor on them getting a W but defeniently added to the margin of defeat.

Another tough game Friday night as the Panthers take on rival Bracken for the third time this season. The first two games were close but maybe Augusta can pull one out this time. Newport is a very athletic team, they could be a sleeper in the 9th Region.

Final. It was a 12 point game at halftime, but Newport dominated the second half as the Panthers just fell apart.

A great win for the Royals on the road. I thought the score would be closer. It is also the most points Brossart has given up all season. And only the fourth time they've given up over 60.

Yes it will. Bracken, St. Patrick, and Augusta have had some great battles this season.

Thats arguable since Silver Grove only defeated St. Patrick 53-52 earlier this season. The Saints have been playing very well as of late. After a 2-10 start they have won 6 of 8.

St. Pat 8-12 Augusta 5-13 as I afore mentioned.

Nick Anderson played like a "wildman under the basket," according to coach Hinson as he led all scorers with 20 points and 5 offensive rebounds. Augusta was paced by Hardymon with 18 and White with 17. The game was tied at 8 when St. Patrick went on a 16-2 run to end the quarter. From there they never looked back, leading at the half 43-30, after the 3rd period 56-40, and the final 75-59. The Saints improve to 8-12, Augusta falls to 5-13. Gallagher would not have been matched up with Massey anyway. He is not a post defender he is a good on ball defender on the wing. You also can't use his injury as an excuse because Deming was also without one of their key players. They kind of cancel each other out.

Augusta has now dropped to 0-7 on the road with a another road game tonight at St. Patrick. They are 1-1 at neutral sites and 4-4 at home.

Congrats to Deming on an impressive victory, and to Jordan Massey on 37pts and 25 boards, very impressive. As for Augusta, no comment.

Augusta will get a split in the season series, 69-62. Beat the :devil:

He is definently the best PG in the region, and a top 5 player.
