Brossart that just reloads and has the ability to draw from many areas that PC cannot. Montgomery, too. More talent year in and year out.

Our pitcher got on the rubber and the catcher stood up for the pitch. A 12-year old boy here in NKY had a similar situation occur and is recovering now. Kids are bigger and there needs to be a serious study of use of metal bats. Baseball was a good game of strategy and talent when I grew up with wooden bats and it won't change the game too much.

I disagree. How often does this classification win at state? While the kids at 49 other states get to experience multiple state champions, we stick with one so that a bunch of adults can convince themselves that KY does it right. That is all this is. Massaging adult's egos. I will GUARANTEE you that the other kids in other states that have won state championships do not think that Ky has the best system. And I would say that no kid who won a state football championship this past year feels that their ring/title is watered down and don't consider themselves state champions.

Have you ever talked to any of the kids on a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP BASKETBALL team from the class system that have said, they didn't deserve to be state champs and wish they wouldn't have won it? Or was it just the adults that you have talked to?

As long as there are trophies and banners for the Class A and AA champions to hoist as STATE CHAMPIONS, I could live with this.

Not necessarily true. The district can determine what those boundaries are. For example, Kenton County has open enrollment and if you live in Kenton County, you can choose which of the three Kenton County schools to attend. And ironically, that choice can determine whether you play basketball in the 8th Region (Simon Kenton), 9th Region (Dixie Heights) or the 10th Region (Scott High)

My understanding is that you have to have a change of residence.
