No doubt I got excited to play Trinity but there was no hatred. It is different and I know it draws over 30,000 but I am talking about playing the game, not watching as an alum.

I played at X and have a hatred for certain schools that runs much deeper than the one for Trinity. I have many of buddies that played at Trinity and of coarse it is hyped beyond belief but that was not my biggest rival. I wanted to beat male more than anyone and Manual was right behind. People may call me crazy but I feel Trinity is not X's biggest rival male is.What do other X people feel? Beleive it or not, X gets so focused to beat Male and manual that Trinity lags in that intensity.

Just a difference of opinion, I would never put the score of one game on a ring.

I just feel the season is more important than one score. I always liked Lampley's rings for that fact.

That is why I asked the question, the X used on the ring is a X intended to Represent St. Xavier and I believe that there is some sort of Trademark on that intent with usage. Penalties is not an X usual but that game had to set some kind of a record for them, especially in the playoffs. Having a sophmore in at QB for more than 1/2 the game dosen't help, he played well but was no Curley.

Do you really believe that if they played 10 times Trinity would physically dominate. The Biggest upset I have ever seen is when X beat Trinity in the playoofs when Trinity had Phiefer, Murray and the Gardner brothers. Trinity had not been tested all year and X beat them in the playoffs something like 20-0.

I do not care who he is married to or where he coached it will not compare to the kids that the school gets form the west end of Louisville. He will be the first to tell you once he gets there for a season and a school year.

This is why they have gone form a State Champ to a 0-10 diaster in just under 10 years. This Amdinistration and community have some real trouble stemming form somewhere and it needs to be sniffed out.

I would be willing to bet Dontae Smith did at Oldham County. Coach J are you out there.

Hate to see Bart leave X but he will to agreat job with that school and community and bring them back to life no doubt, he has the energy.

I have never stated that is is not a good man nor coach, stop putting words in my mouth. I just said he will have his hands full with the school and the issues that come with it. It is over 70% african american I know and if he has never dealt with a very diverse team he will need learning time. They rae talented but the right guidance is needed in study hall and on the field.

I do not dis Jody, just miss what White brought to the table. I think taht the X grad Bennett does not do very well. He had that article last Friday in the paper getting the pot stirring again with the prop 20 crap. He is an X grad and I slam him to everyone.
