Congratulations and good luck at Louisville. Another great recruit from KY. for Coach Walz and staff. Louisville keeps on getting better every year and now is the premier women's program in the state. With Reid, Rucker, Howard and I'm sure others to follow, this year's recruiting class might go down as the best class in Louisiville history.

Just curious about the talent level of both teams. I have seen neither team play this year but saw Queen and Terry play over the years and wonder how a team with one player worthy of Ms. Basketball and going to an up and coming MTSU team and Terry who is going to UL can have less talent then Russell. Those two players alone on any team IMO would make them Regional favorites in most regions in KY. Add to that some posters feel that Faulkner should have made first team then you have a team with 3 first team all region players.

How long has he been at UMASS? I just think he needs 3-5 more years of experience before he is ready for the big time. If Ford continues to build his resume and has sustained success at UMASS then I might be persuaded. IMO the jury is still out with Ford.

I don't disagree but even if Smith stayed you might have been looking at some bleak years ahead. Next year if Morris is gone even with Patterson and Lucas you would not have a big man in the middle. Patterson would help but he is no Morris. Starters would be Bradley, Crawford, Meeks, Stevenson, Patterson. Bench Lucas, Porter and Jasper, Carter. Not a bad team but not a sweet 16 team either.

I don't get it. Why is Ford even in the equation? If his name was Bill Smith would you want him? What has he accomplished to get his name mentioned? I think UK fans need to get over the Pitino era and the players who played for him.

Team in the upper bracket wears home jersey. Set by KHSAA. I guess that just decreases the chance of both teams bringing the same type of uni's.

I checked the KHSAA website about ticket prices but couldn't find anything in the regional tournament forms about ticket prices. I think clearing the gym makes sense but it should have been posted and announced the first night after each game was over that the gym would be cleared. Lack of communication is the biggest complaint IMO.

I think HHS started out in zone but the turnovers on offense led to several fastbreak points and once they got behind they had to come out of the zone.

I would think that the price and who got charged 6.00 would have been agreed upon by all participating members at the Regional Draw. Clearing the gym was probably addressed also at the draw. I agree about the concessions. Only thing I didn't like is seeing former Highlands QB and basetball player Jeff Kremer working it.

They need to go back to oldschool officiating where they use to hand the ball to player.

Didn't see a sign either.. Also never saw an entire student body allowed on the floor at halftime either. Would they ever let that happen at the Boy's Regional?? Very poor game management IMO.

Congratulations Holmes and Coach Hill. Coach Hill has done a great job this year and her team has improved all year and is playing it's best basketball of the year when it matters. It will take a great game tomorrow night but I have seen stranger things happen. Looking forward to watching and all 35 District final.
