I can't help but to remember how Buckhorn came in as the underdog and beat PCC by 33 last season. But, I have watched Hazard play several times this season and it may be tough for Buckhorn to do it 2 seasons in a row. Hazard by 17.

This should be a good one to watch. Both lost in their final game of the season. Powell lost to Letcher Central and Lee lost a tough one to Wolfe. Even though it is at Powell, I think Lee will pull it out. Lee by 7.

This will be a great game and probably the best 1st round game in the districts. They split this season in two close games. I think this one will be close as well with Knott winning by 4.

PCC has really worked themselves as one of the favorites to win this region. Leslie has struggled all season. I think PCC will win big in this one.

I think this will be a good one to watch. Both teams picked up big wins last week as Breathitt beat Estill and Wolfe beat Lee. I'll give Breathitt the edge being at home. Breathitt by 8.

Yes, Blank has played the last 2 games and has played pretty good since his return.

I am not sure how I would fix it, but something needs to be done. There is too many schools getting in that shouldn't be. I'd use something close to the Football alignment with classes. This small school tournament is starting to get too big and before you know it the purpose of this tournament will be lost.

This games scares me more than any other game on the remaining schedule. I am not sure why I feel this, but I am worried that this may be one we let slip away. Hopefully I am wrong.

I don't know of anything going on, but IF Banks is gone after this season, I'd think Kyle Lively would be the front runner if he wants it. Lively played for Breathitt, coached Jackson to a regional runner-up, and is doing a good job at Powell. Plus he is young and will be in the game for sometime now.

How did Buckhorn play? I know they were without Miranda Napier who is one of their leading scorers. I am not saying that is why Estill won. I was just wanting to know how they played without her.

I have heard this game is cancelled. Is that true? If they do play I think Hazard will win by 11.
